Kool-Aid.. Then And Now..

It’s the second week of the year 2012 and yet many of us can’t believe that it is indeed another new year for all of us. How time flies quickly, right? For a moment, as I looked at my kids running around and hovering around our kitchen for a cool refreshing Kool-Aid, I see myself and my brothers during their age. We were five children in the house and yet we were not as wild and hyper as my three kids now. As soon as our mom told us that she’s preparing our favorite Kool-Aid, we will be still for couple of minutes and would patiently wait for our own glasses. Orange is my favorite flavor until now while my brothers love grape flavor. Oh yes, those were the days.

Kool-Aid is just one of the things that could make anybody go into a nostalgic mode. Lots of memories could run back into your mind like going to school with that juice on your lunch box, family picnics, kids’ party and other events with Kool-Aid on the side. How about you?
